If we can’t solve your problem over the phone you will have to send the
product by courier or registered post to:

Software:

If you require replacement software for an existing product, please write to
robertp@coda.com.au requesting software replacement.

Please make sure you include your name and company, the tool model & serial
number and the type of operating system on the host PC i.e. 32 bit or 64
bit.
